We’re not just about making milk; we’re about sparking a ‘moo-vement’ towards sustainable farming and ethical practices, with dairy farming and conservation going hand in hand. We envisage a future where dairy lovers can indulge without compromising their values. Where dairy can be both irresistibly tasty and responsible when produced organically, in harmony with nature.
Our menu of commitments include:
Creating dairy products that truly deliver real value and values by:
- Making organic milk and dairy products that don’t compromise when it comes to taste or quality.
- Guaranteeing that all our products are made from organic milk and ingredients that meet stringent, legally binding and independently verified standards, as set by both UK and international bodies.
- Ensuring that in everything we do, we’re committed to being ‘Proudly Sustainable, Naturally Delicious, Always Organic’.
Championing planet positive, responsible, farming by:
- Saying ‘no’ to artificial pesticides, ‘no’ to herbicides, and ‘no’ to synthetic fertilisers.
- Working tirelessly to ensure that our farmers’ pastures stay vibrant, nutrient-rich and nourished, in harmony with the natural biodiversity of the planet.
- Taking steps to protect the natural ecosystems (grasslands, hedges, woodlands, watercourses…etc) on our farms, allowing them to thrive, and creating a true regenerative farming system that benefits us all.
Caring for our cows, naturally, by:
- Ensuring that our cows are grass-fed and free to roam, meaning that they graze outdoors in grassy fields for 235 days (on average).
- Meticulously monitoring their health, making sure our cows receive the care they need.
- Saying no to antibiotics and firmly standing against the use of GMOs. The result? Healthier cows, and much better milk.
Supporting our farmers and the communities & landscapes in which they farm by:
- Creating an added-value market for their organic milk.
- Paying them a competitive and, crucially, a sustainable milk price.
- Returning the profits we make to our organic dairy farmer-owners.
